Hey, I’m Terrance: Chicago-based actor, host and teaching artist. I’ve played stages and screens from Chicago to Amsterdam (The Second City, Boom Chicago, PBS-WTTW), and I emcee conferences so the run of show stays tight and the room stays awake.

A lil’ about me.
I grew up on the West Side of Chicago, where I learned early that comedy is everywhere; you just have to know where to look. I’ve spent the past decade turning that into a career. Stage-wise: The Second City’s Mainstage and National Touring Company, ComedySportz Chicago, Laugh Out Loud, Mission IMPROVable, and a move overseas to join Boom Chicago’s Mainstage cast in Amsterdam. Screen-wise: WTTW, VICE, and commercial campaigns for Coke Zero and Casetify. Comedy isn’t just a stage thing for me. It’s how I teach, host and build community, which is a fancy way of saying I help people think on their feet, collaborate better and maybe even enjoy their next meeting.

I MC’d both 2026 editions of DPW: opened the show, ran point on center stage for two days and handed out the DPW Awards.
